3 essentials for success

In this post, my aim is to put forth my deeper analysis on what makes one succeed.Though I am not successful yet-I mean I am on the way, I do not think it to be wrong to have some idea on how to succeed.Though this is not my intellectual property, I find no offense in stating these three quintessential for success.

BURNING DESIRE: Everybody will have dreams, goals too, but those who succeed will have the burning desire.As Socrates once said, desire for something should be like craving for oxygen when you are under water.When you have a goal, you know you love it, that motivates you every morning to do what you have to do.That burning desire will do everything for you.It will make you plan accurately, help you work in the right direction and that will take care of your ego and over confidence too.No one with a burning desire ever feels satisfied and there will be no space for over-confidence in her.ALL SHE NEEDS IS VICTORY!!
HARD WORK: Let me say this-nothing is possible without hard work.IQ levels cannot be improved in a lifetime but our skill set can be improved drastically with persistent hard work.Work to your full capacity and never settle with the results that you get or the achievements you make.Work harder every day, in the process you will find yourself near to what you wanted.This gives you happiness and hard work will no longer be hard for you.
PERSEVERANCE: The most important quality that a winner need is perseverance.Many give up after they face difficulties but those who succeed are those who have blood and heart in it-they never give up, they know their strengths and weaknesses, they constantly try despite failures only for one cause ie., to win!!!

Everybody knows these things, but one who believes in this and one who religiously practices these will emerge victorious.It is for me and you to keep these in mind.All the very best!!!

Some stories are so strange. Neither a common man nor can an expert judge those stories easily. This is one such story for me. Planned to be a plain one without twists and turns. A Beautiful Evening

Your touch sparked a wave of memories in my head. All the noise, the noise of expectations, problems, and challenges, the noise of agony, rejection, and failure got silenced. I was deafened to them. All I wanted was to be in you, consuming the warmth of your hug. Amid all of this, you grabbed me towards you, I was lost in diffidence! We the humans are worry worms! we worry and worry and worry . We bother less about the things around us , everything makes us happy ,everything looks wonderful when we are kids.But as we grow worry worm inside us grows year after year.The moment a worry worm takes birth in us is when we are put into a school.There it gets nurtured.Going to school leaving mamma is a worry.Facing the terrific teacher in class is a worry. As we climb up the academic ladder worries also climb. Doing homework , wearing uniform,sacrificing a dress that we like ......................................... WORRY. Set goals ...........worry about not achieving them. make friends ............worry about loosing them. Study well ................worry about getting 2nd rank?!
